Vaccination Requirement

We request that any attendee to the Clinic aged over 16 years (patient, parent or carer) be fully vaccinated. In the event any attendee is not vaccinated, we will instead offer your appointment via Telehealth (phone or Skype). If you have an upcoming appointment and are unvaccinated, please get in touch with our Reception staff to arrange changing your appointment to Telehealth (at the same time as your original appointment). Service and treatment will not be denied to unvaccinated patients, but rather changed to a non-contact form to protect patients, practitioners and staff members.

We appreciate your understanding of this decision. Please see the Queensland Government website for details:

"Can the owner of an essential business decide not to permit entry to unvaccinated patrons or staff?

Essential businesses can self-impose rules for patrons and can decide to refuse entry to unvaccinated patrons." (

Telehealth appointments are also available if you are unwell or experiencing any flu-like symptoms, or have any other medical concerns and do not wish to attend the Clinic due to COVID-19. Telehealth is also available for those patients who live in or have traveled to areas which have current COVID-19 cases. Please contact Reception if this applies to you.

If in person at the Clinic: Please limit unnecessary people accompanying the patient where possible. If this is not possible due to care of young siblings etc, please contact Reception staff for arrangements.

Telehealth: If Telehealth has been organised with your Practitioner or Reception, your Practitioner will call you at your scheduled appointment time. If there have been any recent changes to your best contact number please advise Reception by email.

Please observe all social distancing and hand sanitising requirements while at the Clinic. If you are unwell and are due to have an in person appointment, please contact reception to make arrangements. Please do not enter the Clinic if you are unwell.

As per the announcement from the Health Minister, you will continue to receive your Medicare rebate providing you have your current referral from your GP. In most cases any required prescriptions will be posted to you if appointment is conducted via Telehealth.

Our Reception remains available via phone and email as per the current hours (8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday).

We apologise for any inconvenience, however these steps have become necessary to protect the health of our practitioners, staff, patients and families.
